Library Wines
Every year, we stash several cases of each of the wines we bottle away in our cellar into what we call our wine LIBRARY. Year after year, we carefully store these wines. In late April of each calendar year, we sneak back into the cellar in an attempt to make the difficult determination as to which wines are ready for re-release and which wines could age for additional years. For a limited time, we re-release the wines that we think are tasting great right now!
